Enrolment performance indicator report

The report provides overview of activity of enrolment officers. The report can be run by users with the system role Manager or with a role including an access to Tools/Reports/Enrolment Performance Indicator. (Image 232)

  1. Input parameters of the report:
  • Month– the period in which a payment takes place
  • Quarter - the period in which a payment takes place
  • Year - the period in which a payment takes place – mandatory
  • Region – region of activity of enrolment officers
  • District - region of activity of enrolment officers
  • Insurance Product – the drop down list with available insurance products for the district according to standard IMIS rules - mandatory

Enrolment per insurance product

  • Insurance product code
  • Insurance product name
  • Policy: Number of policy with an active policy per gender of the head
  • New Policy: Number of policy started per gender of the head
  • Insuree: Number of person with an active policy per gender of the head
  • New Insuree: Number of people enrolled per gender of the head
  • Contribution Collected: Amount Collected
  • Available Contribution: Amount availaible
